- Installing and connecting the air conditioner at a location specified by the customer or indicated based on the conditions of the space (according to necessary requirements).
- Demonstration of use and explanation of basic functions and components.
Installation Requirements:
- The maximum distance between the indoor and outdoor units is 3 meters, which includes the connecting cable of the air conditioner to the power supply and the water drainage pipes from the indoor unit.
- All cables are covered with trunking; copper pipes are separately insulated with Armaflex and bundled together with white adhesive tape.
- In all air conditioners, the power supply must be connected to a Heater Switch, unless the customer prefers a 13Amp plug only for air conditioners from 9K – 12K BTU.
- The water drainage pipe from the indoor unit extends to the ground with drainage in Heating Mode, except for high-rise buildings, where the endpoint will be discussed and agreed with the customer on-site.
- When holes are made in the wall for passing pipes, they are filled with suitable material.
- “Vacuum” is absolutely necessary on the pipes after connecting the air conditioners.
